Welcome to the Bosham Walk Walker Information Hub. Here you'll find guides on how selling with us works, how to use your Google Sheet, print barcodes (or QR Codes), FAQs, our latest newsletters, and links to change your personal details and submit social media posts.
Welcome to Bosham Walk! We're excited to have you selling with us. Please read the following information carefully.
Please now complete the New Walker Form. This will be sent to you by our manager, Tom.
Please see the attached guides on how to use your Google Sheet and how to print Barcodes or QR Codes.
Please note that your Google Sheet will only be sent to you after you have completed the Google Form (sent to you by Tom).
Existing sellers: Barcodes & QR Codes are being rolled out for all sellers starting September 2026. You will be emailed with more information shortly.
Yes! Please email the management team and we can give you the link to do this. If you also wish to change the bank account your sales are paid into at the end of the month, please also include your account details (account number & sort code) in the email so we can sort this for you.
Yes! Simply send the link to your Google Sheet to the person. When they try to access it, they can "request access". You can approve these requests by clicking the "Share" button at the top right of your Google Sheet.
Unfortunately we have very limited parking outside Bosham Walk and so we cannot guarantee any space to load or unload at any time. The manager's parking space (when not in use) can be used for a maximum of 10 minutes for loading/unloading stock only.
We appreciate you keeping the rest of the pavement outside Bosham Walk clear to not obstruct the view from the cafe seating area. Note that this pavement (excluding the manager's space) is owned by the council so use is entirely at your own risk and you may get a parking ticket.
The public car park is just a short (2 min) walk from Bosham Walk.
Firstly, don't panic! Your Google Sheet pulls your sales from our master sheet so it is never possible to delete your sales, but you can stop them displaying in your Google Sheet for a number of reasons (most commonly is accidentally typing something in the area it's trying to output sales). You might find that you can hover over the error (normally displayed as #ERROR or #REF) and fix it yourself, but please do email Tom if not who can normally fix it very quickly!
