Gift vouchers

1. Gift Vouchers are valid for a maximum of 24 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date can be found at the bottom-left of the reverse of the voucher.
2. A maximum of one Gift Voucher may be used per transaction.
3. Gift Vouchers are only redeemable for items purchased within Bosham Walk, including the Pottery Studio but excluding the Café, Jewellery Shop & Sweet Shop.
4. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or to purchase Gift Vouchers. 
5. The terms and conditions of Gift Vouchers can be amended at any time at the discretion of Bosham Walk and shall be binding to the customer.
6. If the transaction amount exceeds the available balance of the Gift Voucher, you will be required to pay the rest of the balance by cash or card.
7. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Gift Voucher however the unused portion may be redeemed against a future transaction.
8. We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen gift vouchers and we are unable to replace any lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.
9. Gift Vouchers may not be resold.
10. We reserve the right to discontinue the Gift Voucher at any time.
11. The Gift Voucher code must not be tampered with and must be clearly legible when redeeming the Gift Voucher. 
12. We reserve the right to refuse payment via Gift Voucher if the code is not clearly visible, the code has been tampered with, the system shows there is no balance remaining, or the Gift Voucher has expired. You will then be required to use an alternative method of payment.
13. You must hand the Gift Voucher to the receptionist in-person when redeeming a Gift Voucher.
14. The balance remaining on the Gift Voucher is stored on our system and is to be taken as the  remaining balance if there is any discrepancy between the system and the physical Gift Voucher.
