Looking for a local space to sell?

Join our bespoke sellers of a wide range of products in our Art & Crafts centre in the heart of Bosham. 


We offer a wide scale of spaces including wall space, tables and shelving units all the way up to full studio spaces - great for whether you're an established artist or just getting started. 


Contact our reception team for more information and to apply. We don't always have space available however we operate a waiting list.

A unit split into Wall Space , Display Cabinets, Worktop Space & Shelving Space under the identity and branding of the "Artworks Collective", which provides a dedicated space only for local Artists & Makers, in a layout different to elsewhere in the Walk.


This includes shbrowsers available for all members to use, and a "Meet the Artist" frame in the unit as well as on our website.


All spaces in this unit are £55 per month.


Application for space in this unit is only for local Artists & Makers.

No! We take all payment through our central till system and package the products for you if required. You're responsible for labelling the products both on Google Sheets and physically, and for stocking up your area and keeping it tidy.  


Products are setup in the "Products" tab on your Google Sheet.

You will be given a vendor code, which all your codes must start with (for example, AA). All your items must then have unique codes generated that start with your vendor code followed by no more than 8 alphanumeric characters (for example AA01, AACARD, AAEXAMPLE). You can also then enter a description and price for each item. 

Each item must then have a physical label with the code and price on so that it matches the information on the system.


You have two reporting tabs on your Google Sheet, "Monthly Sales" and "Yearly Sales".

Monthly Sales displays a list of all products you've sold this month (including today). As soon as a sale happens, you will see it feed through to your vendor sheet. 

Yearly Sales displays a list of the products you've sold this year (excluding the current month).

Previous years are also visible in separate tabs, if applicable.


You will receive your monthly remittance for a given month on the first Friday of the following month, unless the first Friday is a Bank Holiday or falls on the 1st. In this case, you will receive your monthly remittance on the second Friday. 

Commission is automatically deducted from this payment. You can see a summary of total sales, commission and distributed in your Yearly Sales tab on Google Sheets.


Send us an email at reception@boshamwalk.co.uk and we'll review your request to sell with us. If we don't have any available spaces, we'll offer to put you on our waiting list.


Unfortunately, it's difficult to predict how long you might be on the waiting list as it depends on when other vendors decide to leave their space. Please contact us if you would like an update on where you are on the list.


You are responsible for a number of things, including:

  • Making sure all products are kept up to date on Google Sheets and are physically labelled with the correct code and price.
  • Making sure your space is well stocked.
  • Making sure your space is kept clean and tidy. 
  • Seeking approval from the manager if you are changing the category of products you want to sell.


Bosham Walk accepts no responsibility for theft or damage to your stock. We do provide CCTV and you can choose to security tag your items. 


You can pay via Direct Debit. Rent payments are in advance.


Only studio spaces require a tenancy agreement. 


We try and keep our vendors unique to provide the best customer experience, and work hard to keep overlap to a minimum. Therefore, we may be unable to offer you a space if you would clash heavily with another vendor. Likewise, if you are an existing vendor and want to change product category, we may not be able to accommodate this. 


We ask that you give us 1 full calendar months' notice if you are planning to vacate your space. This is so we can find a replacement vendor for the space as soon as possible.

This is a requirement for studio spaces.


You're welcome to come in and restock at any time during our normal opening hours, although during weekends and busier periods it's advisable to restock in the morning shortly after we open as it can get quite busy later on in the day. Please don't arrive outside of our opening hours as it's likely we won't be able to let you in.


For shelving/table space holders, although uncommon, sometimes it may be necessary to move you to a different location in the Walk. We will endeavour to give you at least a weeks notice before relocating you.
