All sales go through our central till system, meaning you don't need to be on-site to take payment.
Our centre is covered by CCTV and security gates to deter theft.
We wrap breakables and bag items for you meaning you don't need to provide packaging for your products.

No! We take all payment through our central till system and package the products for you if required. You're responsible for labelling the products both on Google Sheets and physically, and for stocking up your area and keeping it tidy.
Products are setup in the "Products" tab on your Google Sheet.
You will be given a vendor code, which all your codes must start with (for example, AA). All your items must then have unique codes generated that start with your vendor code followed by no more than 8 alphanumeric characters (for example AA01, AACARD, AAEXAMPLE). You can also then enter a description and price for each item.
Each item must then have a physical label with the code and price on so that it matches the information on the system.
You have two reporting tabs on your Google Sheet, "Monthly Sales" and "Yearly Sales".
Monthly Sales displays a list of all products you've sold this month (including today). As soon as a sale happens, you will see it feed through to your vendor sheet.
Yearly Sales displays a list of the products you've sold this year (excluding the current month).
Previous years are also visible in separate tabs, if applicable.
You will receive your monthly remittance for a given month on the first Friday of the following month, unless the first Friday is a Bank Holiday or falls on the 1st. In this case, you will receive your monthly remittance on the second Friday.
Commission is automatically deducted from this payment. You can see a summary of total sales, commission and distributed in your Yearly Sales tab on Google Sheets.

Unfortunately, it's difficult to predict how long you might be on the waiting list as it depends on when other vendors decide to leave their space. Please contact us if you would like an update on where you are on the list.
You are responsible for a number of things, including:
Bosham Walk accepts no responsibility for theft or damage to your stock. We do provide CCTV and you can choose to security tag your items.
You can pay via Direct Debit. Rent payments are in advance.
Only studio spaces require a tenancy agreement.
We try and keep our vendors unique to provide the best customer experience, and work hard to keep overlap to a minimum. Therefore, we may be unable to offer you a space if you would clash heavily with another vendor. Likewise, if you are an existing vendor and want to change product category, we may not be able to accommodate this.
We ask that you give us at least 1 months' notice if you are planning to vacate your space. This is so we can find a replacement vendor for the space as soon as possible.
This is a requirement for studio spaces.
