Returns & Exchanges

Bosham Walk acts as the agent and sells items on behalf of our smaller, local artists and creators that sell with us.

Because of this, we do not normally accept returns of purchased items, except where the item is faulty, where you can return the item within your consumer rights (as below).

However, items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase (terms apply as below).

Certain vendors do have more flexible return/exchange policies, as below:

• Clothing purchased from 'Penny Baker' or 'Miss Daisy' may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• Items purchased from 'Second Nature' may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.

These terms apply to all returns and exchanges:

1. You must have proof of purchase (a receipt).
2. Items must be undamaged, and in their original packaging (where applicable) with the tags still attached.
3. Earrings must not have been worn.

Bosham Walk reserves the right to change the terms of our return/exchange policy at any time and at our sole discretion. We also have the right to refuse the refund/exchange of any item if it does not satisfy all of the terms above, or at the receptionists sole discretion, unless within your legal rights.
