Doodle and Daub is a paint your own pottery studio in Bosham Walk Arts and Craft centre.
Feeling creative? Then Doodle & Daub is the place for you. Simply choose your item and create your own work of art. We cater for parties, undertake commissions and can help you with signature gifts for that special occasion. No one is too old or too young to join in, for baby's and toddlers we can do hand and foot prints on the pottery.
We don’t charge any studio fees, therefore it’s just the cost of each individual item. We have a large variety to choose from. Pottery Painting per person depends on the item you choose but an average cost is £15-20 per person.
To avoid disappointment, pottery sessions must be booked in advance.
Take away kits
Want to be able to create in the comfort of your own home? We can indeed facilitate this. We ask for a £20 refundable deposit. You choose you items and we will sort the rest! Each kit includes everything you need:
- Ceramics
- Paints, palettes and brushes
- aprons
- Water buckets and sponges
- table cloth

Baby prints & Imprints
Printing or Imprinting into clay baby hand & foot prints are a lovely keepsake for all the family. Our talented Doodle staff are on hand to do the prints for you, and help with any design ideas.

Let’s get messy! Enjoy creating your master pieces, and our staff are always on hand to support or help when needed. We have lots of tools and ideas to help the creative flow. Doodle doesn’t charge any studio or firing fees, so sit back relax and most of all enjoy!

Once you've finished creating your masterpiece, leave your pottery with us. We then glaze and fire your pieces in our kiln - if we’re not too busy we can show you how this bit works, just ask! Once fired your items will be beautifully shiny, not only does the finished glaze look fab but it also ensures your items are food safe.

Your finished ceramics will be ready within 14-21 days. You will receive a text message when your pottery is ready to collect.

Don't want to wait for your decorated pottery to be glazed and fired? Then acrylic painting is for you!
Acrylic Paint is not food safe, so avoid choosing mugs, plates or bowls - otherwise the choice is yours!
Once you’ve finished painting you can coat your ceramic in varnish which gives it a glossy finish.

Silver clay is a beautiful way to create a lasting memory. The process is nice and easy and only takes a second to take the print - you then leave this with us and we fire and finish then return it to you within 10 days.
