Myself and my best friend Milo (the Schnauzer) have collected all the washed up driftwood from the beaches, to live on in a new form. Each sculpture is truly unique & tells it's own story. Just as the sea has carved & shaped the driftwood on it's journey; I have hand carved each individual resin fish set upon the special rescued driftwood. Similarly I have created all the leaded glasswork, every piece is individual. All of my driftwood art is suitable for inside your home or outside. I also take commissions for something more personal to you. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me directly or ask in store.

Hi, my name is Angie, the artist behind Copper Heart Glass. I am a fused glass artist based on the South Coast. Each unique piece that I make is designed and handmade by me, taking inspiration from The Solent area which is full of beauty from Coast to Countryside. I love glass as a medium and believe each piece I make shows that passion with its individual style and vibrant colour.
My glass designs are created in layers which are fused in a kiln to high temperatures (nearly 800c). I use a specific type of glass known as Bullseye, which is made in America and can be in either powder or sheet form. This allows me flexibility and creativity in my designs and the techniques that I use.
As you can see, Glass is a beautiful medium which captures the light and brings life to any space no matter how small. I hope to share with you some of this sparkle with my personally designed fused glass creations.
Lesley started experimenting with fused glass recently, her inspiration coming from nature and the sea, playing with colour and texture. She is happy to undertake commissions so if there is something you would like her to make please contact her.

My trade is a Sheet Metal Worker. I started my craft in the early 1970’s doing Pyrography (Poker Burning on wood to create pictures).
I later set up a Wrought Iron business producing Garden furniture, Gates, Railings, Gazebo’s, Rose Arches and many other ornamental features in Iron.
Later I ventured into making rustic wooden furniture and most recently I started making metal craft, starting with birds – which are formed from cutlery!
I plan to produce other animals and sculptures in the near future.
Hope you like the birds.
